Below are some answers to common questions from authors.
You can email committee members from the conference and track homepages. Managers and chairs are listed at the bottom of these pages, with a "send email" link next to each name.
To get to the conference homepage, click on the conference logo at the top right of the screen. From there, you can get to the track homepages by clicking on the title of each track.

Each track has a description, which should help. Don't worry if your paper doesn't seem to fit well into one track, or fits into several. Choose a track as best you can; the track chair will move your paper to another track if necessary.
If you want to move your paper to another track, you can do so from your paper modify page.

Simply log in to TrackChair, and click on the "Dashboard" link in the green "Account" section of the sidebar on the right of the page. This lists all your responsibilities, including your papers. From there, just click on the title of your paper to go to its page.
This is a unique five-digit number assigned to your paper, which you can find at the bottom of your paper page. It can be used in the registration or final manuscript submission process by the conference organisers, so you may need to know it.

The conference organisers use keywords to find relevant reviewers for your paper. So, the better your paper's keywords, the more likely you are to get reviewers who understand your topic.
A good list of keywords should cover both specific and general topics. You should also include as many different terms for the same concept as possible. For example, if your paper is about antenna design for DVB television, your keywords should include antennas, antenna design, DVB, Digital Video Broadcasting, DTV, digital TV, and digital television.
Your keywords are matched with other people's interests. Try to think of keywords which someone else might use. You can search for keywords, to see what other people are interested in.
You cannot have too many keywords, so add as many as you can think of.
The list of authors is used to create the conference program. If your co-author list is incorrect, your paper's entry in the program will also be incorrect.
No. TrackChair only sends automatic emails to authors if their paper has not yet been fully submitted: if there are too few keywords, or there is no manuscript.
You can verify that your paper submission is complete by downloading the manuscript for yourself. From your paper page, click on the "Manuscript" link in the orange "Actions" section of the sidebar.
