Your email address is only available to conference organisers. Other TrackChair users may send email to you using TrackChair, but your address is kept private (as far as possible). If you send email, invite people, or assign reviews, TrackChair will send an email on your behalf. In that case, the other person will be able to see your email address.
If you submit a paper, conference organisers will be able to retrieve your email address. This is in order to make contacting authors about the conference easier.
Your account profile is visible to other TrackChair users. This means that anyone can see your name, affiliation, country, and interests.
Your paper information is only shown to the administrators of the associated conference, and reviewers assigned to your paper. Unprivileged TrackChair users cannot view your paper details or manuscript.
We reserve the right to use your TrackChair data for promotional purposes. If you object to this use, just let us know.
If you wish to remove your account from TrackChair, please contact us and we'll do so. Please note that we cannot remove your account until all conferences you have submitted papers to are completed.
